Next, you remove the insides.

Then you take the fur off.

After you kill it, you put it in hot water so the fur will be easier to take off.

Cuy (Guinea pig) is a delicacy here in Peru. I was privileged to be invited to kill and eat cuy with a family from my church in Manchay.
