September activities and crazyness

Vamos naranja! We came in last place, but we had LOTS of spirit!

Bible club at the Oasis

The girls put together the bulletin board!

El Oasis

Friday morning before going out into our community with the gospel of Christ and a helping hand.

All of the hygiene products that were collected!

Preparing for our visit to "El Oasis" in Manchay.

Getting the medals ready for the winners of competitions.

We've been collecting shampoo, bar soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and deoderant for a boy's home in Kawai

The girls practicing marching.

This week was the week we celebrated the 13th anniversary of LMCS. We had games and competitions all week long!

Each green brick on the banner represents 35 soles (about $12). When we started saving for our church's construction, the bottom two rows were the only ones filled for quite a while. In this picture we are in the building we are renting while we are waiting for funds to begin our own construction again.

Miss Griffin (white hoodie) has the interesting challenge of being the homeroom teacher for 10 16-17 high school boys. She invited them over to cook and then eat supper.
